Clubhouse – Community Room Rental:

The Community Room of the Clubhouse can be reserved for parties and gatherings on a first come first served basis.

Clubhouse reservations are limited to Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.  Other times or dates and arrangements are possible at the discretion of Northern Pass management.  The Clubhouse is available for one reservation per resident unit per time slot. Time slots available are 11am to 3pm and 4pm to 8pm.  The pool and fitness center cannot be reserved, but residents reserving the community room are free to utilize those facilities.  The required security deposit hold is $300.Residents are required to clean up the room and remove the trash from the kitchen garbage can and dispose of the refuse.  Once the resident’s date and time has been reserved they must drop off the “Community Room Rental Form” and a check for the security deposit within 2 business days. The reservation is not complete until the form and deposit has been received.
